WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
In this class we use a style of cut and paste journaling to create messages of love to your sweet soul. You will get a printed packet and materials to draft a love note to yourself that will be personalized beautifully on an affirmation card. Basic supplies will be provided.
You will provide black and white photos from simple places like your facebook page printed on regular computer paper. The photos can be 2”x3” up to 3”x5” to fit the card deck. Please bring a washi tape in color and one in a metallic if you wish to add them.
This is a practice that is life changing. I am saving you a seat.

Dear Ones,
It is true that I have degrees in Art and Art Education. It is true that I am certified in Trauma Informed Expressive Arts and as an Art Healer. But what is truer, is that I am just like you.
I see the way you just want to let go and slow down. You long to be with your own dreams and wishes and feelings. You just want to be who you were born to be.
You are not meant to live a life that is so fast that days whirlwind into bedtime without space for your own care, and care for your spirit and spunk.
There is so much more for you regarding having the voice of your own wisdom speaking to you. I want you to feel like you can be authentic and the caretaker of your own heart. I want you to go from feeling stuck to feeling possibility.
I learned how to peek inside myself through the arts. I learned to turn my pain into power. I learned how to be my own best friend and not vacate when life gets hard or messy.
What I want to share with you is to be your guide through creative process that will give you a sense of safety, of play and curiosity, and your own self-discovery. We do this with aromatherapy, light yoga, writing, guided visualization, and art activities.
You might think this is just for people with experience, but it is actually life-shifting for anyone. You might have doubts about this working for you, but I want you to know that when you tap into yourself you are limitless.
That is why I am saving a seat for you. We all deserve relief from our human struggle. We need a place to connect with ourselves and other like-minded people. I am saving a seat for you because you have been longing for it, and it is your time. This is just for you.
